xfire problem

xfire problem
it seems that some few have been getting this though when you try connect to the server through xfire,
then you will get nothing but an invalid GUID message, which ofc is a dam pain in de arse. i have now re-installed it and removed the server from favourates so it wont happen again though i have connected through it earlia only then realised soon after...
so yes my guid etc has messed up again so in adition i will be re-installing ET again.
also i suggest that if anyone has been seeing this message then remove all servers from your favourates / re-install xfire and ET and only connect to game servers through the ET.exe not xfire

Well , i dont know much about this GUID thing since i've never had it in 4 years and i always connect from xfire to server.But yeah it can be because u connect through xfire too.
