cfg maker for the newfags

this is for those newfags whom don't know how to make a cfg.

Use that to make your cfg, then for color binds etc if i remember right their in the general section.
save your cfg to etmain in your wolfet main directory, run the game
then in console (must be in server) type /exec [name of your cfg].cfg
